Base Pay

Hourly rate of $7.00 per hour
Plus! Base Commission

4% base commission paid on the primary product you sell on your calls.

$6.00 flat commission if you sell the support line.

$4.00 flat commission if you sell another product.
Plus! Attendance Bonus

0.5% to 2.0% added to base commission based on attendance during the pay period, if you qualify.

Working all your scheduled shifts gets you at 2.0% attendance bonus!
Plus! Integrity Bonus

1% integrity bonus added to base commission if no major infractions are found during pay period.
Plus! Achievement Bonus

Additional bonus commission of .25% to 1% paid on your primary product revenue if you qualify. Your achievement bonus is in addition to the base commission paid on the revenue from the primary product sold on your calls. The higher you rank in companywide stats for close rate (ability to sell on each call), the higher your bonus!
